« DELTAS is an album that I composed mainly in the south-east of France, in an environment that is both very mineral and silent.
Bathed in light, surrounded by mountains and torrents, all these things began to nourish my music in a quite profound way.
I wanted to create a record that takes its time, but is also shot through with a form of pulsation, of movement—something that dialogues with the rhythm of the seasons, the rhythm of the landscapes, of the elements, and the resonance of the places.
Deltas was born out of this need to slow down, while remaining attentive to this energy, and perhaps also to find a meaningful connection with the places that surround us. » Jonathan Fitoussi
